I love you, Isabel. Even though I’m mean to you all the time. 

And I agree that constructive criticism is the key to improvement, and without a doubt, we all, not just those of us in Hollywood, operate in flawed systems. However, I think there is a distinction to be made between criticizing something in a constructive way and tearing it (along with its fans) down. I’m sure there is a happy medium, but I don’t quite know how to find it. 

Mostly I just needed to let off some steam, and I was feeling upset at the intense antagonism directed towards this movie.
